Due Diligence

We recognise that certain parts of our operations may be at higher risk, particularly where recruitment involves agency workers or international labour. Recruitment partners must provide detailed information about their sourcing, screening, and employment practices.
Risk Assessment
We carry out annual reviews of our operations and supplier network to identify and prioritise areas of heightened risk.
Training and Awareness
We provide training to managers and People Team members on recognising and responding to signs of modern slavery.
