October 7th was a celebration of the talent, passion, and hard work that runs through Signature Pubs.
The evening brought together team members from across our development programmes – the moment they work towards throughout the year – and they delivered.
The night began with our Junior Chef Graduates, who opened with a pie canapé paired perfectly with Cold Town Beer.
Our INSPIRE candidates took to the stage with short talks that shared their experiences and development journeys.
The Senior Chef Development Programme participants then presented an impressive multi-course menu. Each dish highlighted their skill, teamwork, and commitment in the kitchen.
The Drinks Development Team created cocktails to match each course, working closely with the chefs to bring the menu together.
Our Front of House Managers from the Aspire and Achieve programmes delivered excellent service with coordination and teamwork that set the tone for the night.
Events like this capture what Signature Pubs is all about – people coming together to create something memorable.
