• Top salary quartile has 73.1% men and 26.9% women
• Upper middle salary quartile has 68.1% men and 31.9% women
• Lower middle salary quartile has 59.6% men and 40.4% women
• Lower salary quartile has 47.8% men and 52.2% women
• Men’s hourly rate is 5.5% higher (mean) and 7.1% higher (median)
• Men’s bonus pay is 34.4% lower (mean) and 125.1% lower (median)
• 20.1% of men and 14.1% of women received bonus pay
