Signature Pubs Ltd have brought some amazing bars and restaurants to the Edinburgh food and drink scene, such as Kyloe, The Huxley, Element, Badger & Co and most recently Cold Town House to name a few. We are now in the final stages of development of the old ‘Bank of Scotland’ on Holy Corner, Morningside, and are looking for a dream team to join us in this exciting new adventure.
McLaren’s will be a stunning bar and restaurant split across multiple floors, which has been designed to a high standard, and with our customers in mind. The new venue will have something for everyone from breakfast to start of the day, relaxing or boozy lunches, casual and formal dining, right through to our late evening impressive drinks offerings. We really are bringing something innovative and exciting to the area with provenance, local produce and with the locals and family’s needs at the forefront of our business.
In this role you’ll be right at the forefront, delivering amazing food and great tasting drinks. You’ll be working closely with your teammates to deliver the best service possible on the bar and the floor. You will be a natural host and will love the buzz of providing a great customer experience.
Ideally you will have previous bar and restaurant experience, but this is not essential as full training will be provided. You will strive in the busy environment and be able to keep a cool head when the going gets tough.
What we need from you;
·Must have the right to unrestricted employment in the UK and hold a valid National Insurance Number and UK bank account to be considered for this role.
