We are currently looking for an experienced Head of Department Manager to join our team at The Huxley, a homely retreat from the bustle of our busy city. You will find The Huxley within The Rutland Hotel in Edinburgh’s West End. We serve the finest seasonal Scottish produce, an array of beers, ales and cocktails, delivered with pride and personality.
You will be passionate, inspirational with a charismatic personality who puts our customers and team at the heart of everything you do. Business focused and success-orientated, you will enjoy thriving in a creative and stylish environment.
You will have a previous track record in a similar management position within the hospitality industry with experience of budgets, recruitment, stock control, ordering and staff management.
Must hold a valid Personal License.
