OTE wage £42,000
We have an exciting new opportunity within Signature Venue, The Spiritualist Glasgow. We are looking for a Senior Sous/Sous Chef that’s on the up. Somone who wants to develop our small plates and brunch offer in venue.
The Spiritualist in Glasgow won the Ontrade Scotland ‘Cocktail Bar of the Year 2022’. We want a Head Chef to bring creative ideas, motivate the existing team and produce food to the highest standard.
About you
We want a Head Chef, but we are open a capable Sous Chef or Senior Sous who is ready for the next step. You’ll need to demonstrate first class organisational and communication skills and the ability to lead a team. We need you to be as passionate about the venue as we are and to be proud of the creativity you showcase and deliver through our seasonal menus.
You will have a previous track record in a similar position within the hospitality industry with experience of budgets, recruitment, stock control, ordering, menu development and staff management.
Skills required: teamwork, charm, honesty, creativity, friendly, being a real team player.
The details:
- 45-hour week, paid monthly plus tronc & tips (yes, 100% goes to the staff!)
- A quarterly performance related bonus scheme
