General Manager, The Saint, St Andrews
Base Salary of £38,000 to £40,000 Basic + Tronc + Up to?40% of Salary Bonus
Package circa £50,000+

Boasting modern lounge spaces, expansive outdoor gardens, and four cozy guest bedrooms for overnight accommodation, The Saint offers something special for every visitor. Renowned among both locals and those exploring the charms of St Andrews, it's a cherished destination for all who seek comfort, relaxation, and memorable experiences.
Ideally you’ll have experience managing bedrooms and a creative mind to help deliver our popular Wine Dinners. This is a flexible, dynamic venue and you’ll have the reigns to steer The Saint to new heights.
Duties
- Manage and oversee the venue operation
- Deliver superior guest experiences
- Plan and develop overall strategy
- Entrepreneurial drive with a clear understanding of the current market
- Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sale
- Control costs and minimise waste
- Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions when required
Required Skills
- Three years minimum of management experience
- Experience in event planning and room bookings
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Good Financial management skills
