We are currently looking for a hard-working Kitchen Porter to join our team at Auld Hundred, a traditionally Scottish bar and restaurant situated on Edinburgh's Rose Street.
The Auld Hundred is one of the earliest of Rose Street’s many and varied pubs, it follows a very strong Scottish theme plus a great selection of hearty pub food served in their beautiful hidden dining room. Please note, our kitchen is on the small side!
As Kitchen Porter you will be a key member of our kitchen team supporting the chefs in a range of tasks to ensure our standards of food excellence are maintained. Your main priority will be to ensure high levels of cleanliness in and around the kitchen area at all times.
Experience is not necessary for this role, as full training will be provided. You will need a lot of energy and be able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
