Cold Town House, our ionic venue situated on Edinburgh’s popular Grassmarket is looking for Bartenders and Mixologists to join our team. The venue itself is the first of its kind; spread across three floors it features our Cold Town Brewpub, our Prosecco and Pizza Bar and our unrivalled roof terrace! With a working Brewery on site and entertainment 7 nights a week, it has something for everyone.
In this role you’ll be right at the forefront, mixing and shaking cocktails with flare and individuality while building a rapport with our customers. You’ll be working closely with your teammates to deliver the best service possible on the bar.
Ideally you will have previous bar experience, but this is not essential as full training will be provided. You will strive in the busy environment and be able to keep a cool head when the going gets tough.
