Gender Pay Statistics at 5 April 2022:

  • Top salary quartile has 41.9% men and 58.1% women
  • Upper middle salary quartile has 60.0% men and 40.0% women
  • Lower middle salary quartile has 70.3% men and 29.7% women
  • Lower salary quartile has 74.4% men and 25.6% women
  • Men’s hourly rate is 10.9% higher (mean) and 9.5% higher (median)
  • Men’s bonus pay is 31.1% higher (mean) and 28.4% higher (median)
  • 24.0% of men and 16.0% of women received bonus pay
