Gender Pay Statistics at 5 April 2021:

  • Top salary quartile has 50.0% men and 50.0% women
  • Upper middle salary quartile has 75.0% men and 25.0% women
  • Lower middle salary quartile has 42.9% men and 57.1% women
  • Lower salary quartile has 71.4% men and 28.6% women
  • Women’s hourly rate is 13.3% higher (mean) and 0.0% higher (median)
  • Women’s bonus pay is 440.7% higher (mean) and 233.3% higher (median)
  • 22.2% of men and 75.0% of women received bonus pay
