Bars Manager
Up to £30,000 per annum plus attractive bonus and benefits
We are currently looking for a talented Bars Manager to join our team at McLarens on the Corner; a new bar and restaurant situated in the popular area of Edinburgh’s Morningside.
With a menu inspired by local and seasonal produce, serving across three floors, McLarens on the Corner is a true destination for excellent food and drinks.
You will be passionate, inspirational with a charismatic personality who puts our customers and team at the heart of everything you do. Business focused and success-orientated, you will enjoy thriving in a creative and stylish environment.
As Bars Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing and developing the Terrace Bar, the Parlor and Tellers Room Bar, McLarens Ground Floor Bar operation and our Loft drinks space – ensuring five star service is delivered at all times. You will also be responsible for maximising sales opportunities whilst meeting budgetary requirements.
You will have a previous track record in a similar management position within the hospitality industry with experience of budgets, recruitment, stock control, ordering and staff management.
Must hold a valid Personal License.
