Sous Chef

We are currently looking for a Sous Chef to join our team at The Fountain, a perfect haunt for those wanting an alternative to the usual pubs and bars in town. The Fountain is a real pub with a modern twist, we’ve taken speakeasy style and raised a glass to home comforts.
As Sous Chef you will have previous kitchen experience and will be looking to take that next step in your career. You will have first class organisational and communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire the team to produce food to the highest standards. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will be passionate about food, demonstrating creativity and possess strong product knowledge.
