Sous Chef, The Saint, St Andrews
Base Salary of £33,500 Basic + Tronc + Bonus Scheme
Package circa £42,500+

The Saint now requires a new Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead the kitchen. You’ll come to this role with experience managing a kitchen as Sous Chef or Senior Chef De Partie with a creative mind to help deliver our popular Wine Dinners.
Duties
- Working closely with the Head Chef, General Manager and Front of House Team
- Producing fresh cooked food using seasonal products
- Manage, Coach, Train and develop the brigade and achieve GP targets
- Implement new menu ideas and keep focused on customer trends
- Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene and cleaning schedules
Required Skills
- Three years minimum of Sous Chef/Senior CDP experience
- Extensive food knowledge
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Good Communicator & People person
