We are currently looking for an experienced Reception Supervisor to join our team at The Rutland, a bespoke and luxurious city centre boutique hotel situated comfortably and conveniently between Edinburgh’s main shopping area and the busy financial district.
The Rutland Hotel is steeped in a history all of its own and has become an Edinburgh institution in its own right. Today, it is home to The Huxley, one of the city’s most refreshing bars and Edinburgh’s finest gourmet steak restaurant-Kyloe.
The Reception Supervisor that we are looking for will be bright and welcoming, will have a drive to lead a small team to exceptional customer service. You will be able to keep guests and your team happy, you will be able to think on your feet, as no two days are ever the same in hospitality! You will have previous experience in a similar role. You must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Front Office System.
You will be an adaptable and organised individual, you will be flexible in your approach and able to work to a shift pattern that will include early, late and weekend commitments.
