The Saint is looking for an administration assistant to join our team, this is a new and exciting role for someone with a love for hospitality and organisation. The Saint Bar and Kitchen is a small hotel, bar and restaurant located in the heart of St Andrews catering to locals and tourists. Using the best ingredients Scotland’s larder has to offer, we pride ourselves on delivering great service in a relaxed setting.
Responding to email enquiries including hotel reservations and restaurant bookings
Assisting the General Manager with day-to-day tasks including payroll, end of week etc
Receiving and accepting deliveries
Responding to TripAdvisor / OpenTable / Google Reviews
General administration tasks e.g., submitting meter readings, updating compliance systems
The ideal candidate will have;
- Great organisational skills delivered in a timely manner
- Good Knowledge of MS Office
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Front Office experience desired, but not essential
