This is your opportunity to start fresh. Our kitchen in The Spiritualist, Aberdeen is heading South to Mexico and we want a Head Chef to take the wheel and deliver an eclectic selection of vibrant small plates & mains.
We are no strangers to Mexican Food, The Basement Bar in Edinburgh is one of ours: www.basement-bar-edinburgh.co.uk. We are prepared to train you in the menu, what we need is a strong Head Chef who will launch and guide the kitchen to new heights.

What you’ll get from us:
You’ll get all the training, guidance and support you need from our Exec Chef Team & Senior Management Team. Most importantly you’ll get:
- £35,000 Basic Salary, Tips & Tronc (£3-£4,000pa), Quarterly Performance Related Bonus (Up to 30%), Retention Bonus (Y1 7.5%, Y2 10%, Y3 15% of Basic Salary)
