Signature Group are hiring for one of our top venues in St Andrews. The Saint Bar & Kitchen is the ideal spot to while away a sunny afternoon, tuck into some locally sourced, quality bar dining or enjoy a drink or two in our extensive garden area, with 4 guest bedrooms for an overnight stay, The Saint is popular with locals and visitors to the St Andrews area. It has something for everyone.
We’re needing an A+ Head Chef to take this successful business to the next level. We’re doing well – make us do better! You will be business savvy, used to motivating and managing a kitchen team with some innovation up your sleeve!

As Head Chef you will have previous experience at the same level or similar. You will have first class organisational and communication skills and the ability to motivate, inspire and manage the team to produce food to the highest standards and run our kitchen efficiently. You will be passionate about food; demonstrating creativity to deliver great quality, seasonal menus.
You will have a previous track record in a similar position within the hospitality industry with experience of budgets, recruitment, stock control, ordering, menu development and staff management.
Skills required: teamwork, charm, honesty, creativity, friendly, being a real team player. A bit of banter gets you a long way!
Here’s the deets:
- 45-hour week, paid monthly
- A quarterly performance related bonus scheme
