Signature Group are hiring for one of their top venues in Glasgow. The ‘Church’ is an iconic pub situated in the Southside of Glasgow. The venue benefits from a fantastic outdoor space (when the sun shines!) as well as some cracking days due to events at Hampden Park. We’re needing an A+ General Manager to take this successful business to the next level. We’re doing well – make us do better! You will be financially savvy, used to motivating and managing a large team with some innovation up your sleeve!

We have 21 venues in Scotland, including Cold Town House, Badger & Co, The Spiritualist, McLarens on the Corner, Copper Blossom, The Smokin’ Fox and more.

Here’s the deets:

  • 45-hour week, paid monthly
  • A quarterly performance related bonus scheme

You will be passionate, inspirational with a charismatic personality who puts our customers and team at the heart of everything you do.  You will have a passion for great service and the ability to drive and operate the business.  You will be business focused and success-orientated, you will enjoy thriving in a creative and stylish environment. You will take ownership of the site and its smooth operation.

You will have a previous track record in a similar management position within the hospitality industry with experience of budgets, recruitment, stock control, ordering and staff management.

Must hold a valid personal license.
