We are currently looking for a talented General Manager to join our team at The Black Bull, Edinburgh’s much-loved bar and restaurant located in the heart of the Grassmarket. At the Black Bull we provide pub grub classics on our food menu, along with local cask ales and the usual suspects on our drinks menu.
You will be passionate, inspirational with a charismatic personality who puts our customers and team at the heart of everything you do. You will have a passion for great service and the ability to drive and operate the business. You will be business focused and success-orientated, you will enjoy thriving in a busy entertainment environment. You will take ownership of the site and its smooth operation.
You will have a previous track record in a similar management position within the hospitality industry with experience of budgets, recruitment, stock control, ordering and staff management.
Must hold a valid Personal License.
