We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Bartender / Front of House member to join our team here at Heads and Tales; our Gin Emporium based within the Rutland Hotel.
Heads & Tales uses the best spirits, beers, soft drinks and wines; along with local, seasonal, fresh products – quality is of utmost importance, while the team experiment with gin in Edinburgh’s West End.
You will have some previous experience in a fast-paced bar, however full training will be provided. You will strive in a busy environment and be able to keep a cool head when the going gets tough.
A personal interest or knowledge in gin would be a huge advantage to this role!
