£11.44ph plus TRONC & TIPS.
The Rutland Hotel, located in the vibrant centre of Edinburgh, is searching for talented, enthusiastic, and passionate Front of House staff to join our dynamic team at Kyloe, Edinburgh’s gourmet steak restaurant.
We collaborate with some of Scotland’s finest farms and butchers to provide our guests with the highest quality, sustainably sourced produce, while taking great pride in delivering exceptional service and crafting unique, unforgettable experiences.

You will be consistently challenged to create distinct and memorable experiences that encourage our guests to return again and again. This can only be achieved by fostering a fun and engaging environment, this begins with our team.
At Kyloe, culinary excellence and theatrical presentation go hand in hand, making creativity one of our primary focuses. You should be confident, outgoing, and eager to engage with guests, as you will be responsible for showcasing our unique service concepts directly at the table.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Exceeding guest expectation from the outset and working to the highest standards. Provide our guests with the same level of care and attention as you would in your own home. Demonstrating your expertise and excitement about our offerings to guests. Ensuring every guest receives an experience that meets the highest standards of service and hospitality.
