We are currently looking for enthusiastic Bar and Waiting Staff to join our team at The Black Bull, Edinburgh’s much-loved bar and restaurant located in the heart of the Grassmarket. At the Black Bull we provide pub grub classics on our food menu, along with local cask ales and the usual suspects on our drinks menu.
In this role you’ll be right at the forefront, delivering amazing food and great tasting drinks. You’ll be working closely with your teammates to deliver the best service possible on the bar and the floor. You will be a natural host and will love the buzz of providing a great customer experience.
Ideally you will have previous restaurant experience, but this is not essential as full training will be provided. You will strive in the busy environment and be able to keep a cool head when the going gets tough.
