We are currently looking for a Duty Manager to join our team at The Fountain, a perfect haunt for those wanting an alternative to the usual pubs and bars in town. The Fountain is a real pub with a modern twist, we’ve taken speakeasy style and raised a glass to home comforts.

Like the rest of the country, we are recruiting for bar tenders, servers, food runners, bar backs, waiting staff and managers but we believe we offer so much more and always attempt to challenge the norm!
We have 21 venues in Scotland, including Cold Town House, Badger & Co, The Spiritualist, McLarens on the Corner, Copper Blossom, The Smokin’ Fox and more.
As Duty Manager you will have a passion for coaching your staff to be great hosts. You will have strong people skills, an eye for detail and a love for all thing’s hospitality. You will have some previous management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. You will have great communication, planning and organisational skills. You will be a natural motivator. Ideally you will have one year’s previous experience in a similar role.
Skills required: teamwork, charm, honesty, creativity, friendly, being a real team player. A bit of banter gets you a long way!

- Great hourly rate plus tronc & tips (no quibbling, 100% goes to the staff!)
- Fortnightly paid wages
