We are needing an A+ Deputy General Manager to support run and manage this successful business. The Spiritualist is located in the center of Aberdeen and is a far step away from anything ordinary, it’s enticingly elegant with a touch of cool. Our food is contemporary, fresh, locally sourced, seasonal and expertly crafted are the hallmarks of a menu designed to showcase the best of Scottish.

We have 21 venues in Scotland, including Cold Town House, Badger & Co, The Spiritualist, Copper Blossom and more.
Skills required: teamwork, charm, honesty, creativity, friendly, being a real team player. A bit of banter gets you a long way!
You will be passionate, inspirational with a charismatic personality who puts our customers and team at the heart of everything you do. You will have a passion for great service and the ability to drive and operate the business. You will be business focused and success-orientated, you will enjoy thriving in a creative and stylish environment. You will take ownership of the site and its smooth operation.
You will have a previous track record in a similar management position within the hospitality industry with experience of budgets, recruitment, stock control, ordering and staff management.
Must hold a valid personal license.
Here’s the deets:
- 45-hour week, paid monthly plus tronc & tips (no quibbling, 100% goes to the staff!)
- A quarterly performance related bonus scheme
