Scrumptious Food & Elegant Drinks
Drinks lovers rejoice! We have a lovely range of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and soft drinks for customers to enjoy with friends or even over dinner. Our seasonal cocktail list is ever evolving – In this role you’ll be in prime position to help shape the future of our bar. We’ll need you to deliver the straight up classics, whilst staying ahead of trends with new drinks.
Our Signature Copper Blossom Cocktail includes; Beefeater, Pink Gin, Chambord, Lemon Pepper Shrub, Elderflower Cordial, Bitters & Soda – think you can make it better !?

What will you be doing?
- Create & Serve Cocktails from the best quality suppliers & producers
- Make traditional and modern drinks to suit all customers
- Give advice on drinks to suit customers' tastes
- Keep the bar clean & well stocked

- Starting at £13.00ph basic. Our teams regularly take home £16ph including tips & tronc. That’s around £34,500 a year!
