Signature Pubs Ltd have brought some amazing bars and restaurants to the Edinburgh food and drink scene, such as Kyloe, The Huxley, Element, Badger & Co and most recently Cold Town House to name a few.

We are now in the final stages of development of the old ‘Bank of Scotland’ on Holy Corner, Morningside, and are looking to recruit a team of professional chefs to join us in this exciting new venture.

McLarens will house a stunning bar & restaurant split across multiple floors. The venue will be offering fresh led dining options from breakfast through to dinner. There will be a strong focus on local provenance and community within the area.

We are looking for talented & enthusiastic chefs of all levels to work alongside our Head Chef to deliver a successful opening of our newest venue, the right candidates will be passionate about food, demonstrating creativity and have strong product knowledge.
