Chef de Partie – The Meadowpark, Bridge of Allan
£12.21 Per Hour, Full Time
We’re on the lookout for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at The Meadowpark in Bridge of Allan. Set in a stunning listed building, we’re all about great food, good vibes, and a welcoming atmosphere.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running your own section in the kitchen, making sure every dish looks and tastes amazing
- Working with the Head Chef and team to create seasonal menus using fresh, local ingredients
- Helping to train and support junior chefs
- Keeping things organised – from stock control to food safety
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
- A passion for cooking and a creative approach to food
- A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
