Cold Town House, our ionic venue situated on Edinburgh’s popular Grassmarket is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team. The venue itself is the first of its kind; spread across three floors it features our Cold Town Brewpub, our Prosecco and Pizza Bar and our unrivalled roof terrace! With a working Brewery on site and entertainment 7 nights a week, it has something for everyone.
As Chef de Partie you will have a real passion for food, you will hold excellent communication and organisational skills. Your role will involve working closely with other members of the kitchen team while maintaining a high level of cleanliness and complying with legislation. You will have previous kitchen experience and be keen to develop your career further.
