Central Reservations Executive
An exciting opportunity has become available for two vibrant and energic people to join the Marketing Team as Central Reservations Executives with Signature Group. The roles are on a full-time basis (Tuesday – Saturday 9am – 5.30pm) based in Head Office in Edinburgh, with flexibility to work in venue and from home.
The successful candidates will act as a support function for all the venues reservations and group bookings within the Signature Group. It is fast paced job, with opportunities to grow within the team.
Great customer service is a must along with attention to detail and exceptional administrative skills.
Desirable skills include;
- Excellent phone manner and email étiquette
- Experience of Open Table, not essential as full training will be given.
Responsibilities include;
- Feilding calls for venues
- Helping guests with queries
- Responding to reservation enquiry emails
- Responding to Facebook/Instagram messages for reservation enquires
Full training for this role will be provided.
Competitive rate of pay and bonus’s based on KPI’s
