£28,000 to £30,000 plus a share of tips and employee benefits
We are currently looking for an experienced Head of Department Manager to lead our team at Heads & Tales, a unique night-time venue often referred to as Edinburgh’s hidden gem. Heads & Tales stocks over 100 expressions of gin accompanied by the best spirits, beers, soft drinks and wines; along with local, seasonal, fresh products – quality is of utmost importance, while the team experiment with gin in Edinburgh’s West End.
You will be passionate, inspirational with a charismatic personality who puts our customers and team at the heart of everything you do. Business focused and success-orientated, you will enjoy thriving in a creative and stylish environment. A proven record of developing interesting and forward thinking cocktail lists is a key part role and assistance in developing drinks menus in our sister venues will be an expectancy.
You will have a previous track record in a similar management position within the hospitality industry with experience of budgets, recruitment, stock control, ordering and staff management.
Knowledge and a passion for gin is a must for this role.
Should hold a valid Personal License.
