BARS MANAGER

Bars manager required for The Rutland hotel in the West end of Edinburgh. The successful candidate will work closely alongside Senior Management to deliver excellence across a range of quality venues on site. They will inspire, support, and motivate departmental management by setting an example of high standards and pace whilst communicating the businesses vision of success that the whole team can aspire to follow.
A large part of this role will be overseeing the innovation, development and delivery of drinks lists in Kyloe, The Huxley, Heads & Tales and accommodation. With each venue being conceptually different, the Bars Manager should be able to offer diverse ideas around excellent drinks-led experiences whilst delivering strong wet GP’s through accurate costings, ordering and stock controls.
As Bars manager, you will be a strong hands on leader and will be often responsible for overseeing and supporting service and guest experience for the whole property as Duty manager – guiding the teams to deliver the highest standards by providing great service to every guest, every time
Signature Group have 21 venues in Scotland, including Cold Town House, Badger & Co, The Spiritualist, McLarens on the Corner, Copper Blossom, The Smokin’ Fox and more.
Skills required: teamwork, charm, honesty, creativity, friendly, being a real team player. A bit of banter gets you a long way!
Here’s the deets:
- Great hourly rate plus tronc & tips (no quibbling, 100% goes to the staff!)
- 45 hours per week, paid monthly
