BAR MANAGER - Heads and Tales
Bar manager required for Heads and Tales in the West end of Edinburgh. The successful candidate will deliver excellence in service whilst slinging contemporary drinks in our late-night, speakeasy-style, underground gin bar.
They will inspire, support and motivate a small, drinks-focused team by leading by example in quality drinks delivery and engaging, guest focused service standards. They will be a high energy host who believes that having fun on shift is as important for the team as it is to our guests.
Part of this role will be overseeing the innovation, development and delivery of drinks lists in Heads & Tales, so the candidate should have creativity and development as core attributes. The candidate will also be able to display strong methods of stock management to deliver budgeted GP% for the business.
Skills required: teamwork, charm, honesty, creativity, friendly, being a real team player. A bit of banter gets you a long way!
