Cold Town House is looking to boost its ranks for Summer 2023. This is your chance to work for one of Edinburgh’s most exciting venues.
Our one-of-a-kind venue; spread across three floors it features our Cold Town Brewpub, our Prosecco and Pizza Bar and our unrivalled roof terrace! With a working Brewery on site and entertainment 7 nights a week, it has something for everyone.

If you have Cocktail Knowledge, it's a huge advantage!
What you’ll get from us:
You’ll get all the training, guidance and support you need from our Exec Chef Team & Senior Management Team. Most importantly you’ll get:
- £8.60 - £11.44 Per Hour, Tips & Tronc (Full Time Tronc circa £7/£8,000 per year)
