We are currently looking for enthusiastic Bar & Waiting Staff to join our strong team at The Huxley, a homely retreat from the bustle of our busy city. You will find The Huxley within The Rutland Hotel in Edinburgh’s West End. We serve the finest seasonal Scottish produce, an array of beers, ales and cocktails, delivered with pride and personality.
In this role you’ll be right at the forefront, delivering amazing food and great tasting drinks. You’ll be working closely with your teammates to deliver the best service possible on the bar and the floor. You will be a natural host and will love the buzz of providing a great customer experience.
Ideally you will have previous restaurant experience, but this is not essential as full training will be provided. You will strive in the busy environment and be able to keep a cool head when the going gets tough.
