Assistant Manager
£24,000 per annum plus tips and benefits
We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Copper Blossom, home to creative cocktails and traditional tasters found on Edinburgh’s ionic George Street.
As Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager of the running of the site. You’ll be the benchmark for customer service of Copper Blossom, leading by example and training others to give the highest level of great customer experience.

You’ll have at least a couple of years’ experience in a management role in a similar environment in order to steer the team here. You will enjoy planning and organising and will always work to the highest professional standards. You will be a natural motivator.
