Salary of £28,500 PLUS cash tips, tronc and employee benefits on top.

Assistant Manager required for The Meadowpark, an independently run establishment in the picturesque village of Bridge of Allan. The Meadowpark is situated on the outskirts of Stirling at the foot of the Ochil hills overlooking Stirling Castle, this pub and kitchen is full of charm and character.

We have 21 venues in Scotland, including Cold Town House, Badger & Co, The Spiritualist, McLarens on the Corner, Copper Blossom, The Smokin’ Fox and more.

Skills required: teamwork, charm, honesty, creativity, friendly, being a real team player. A bit of banter gets you a long way! You will support the General Manager of the running of the site. You’ll be the benchmark for customer service of The Meadowpark, leading by example and training others to give the highest level of great customer experience.

You’ll have at least a couple of years’ experience in a management role in a similar environment in order to steer the team here. You will enjoy planning and organising and will always work to the highest professional standards. You will be a natural motivator.

  • Great annual salary plus tronc & tips (no quibbling, 100% goes to the staff!)
  • 45 hour week, paid monthly
