Assistant General Manager required for McLarens on the Corner, a popular family friendly bar and restaurant situated in the popular area of Edinburgh’s Morningside. With a menu inspired by local and seasonal produce, serving across three floors, McLarens on the Corner is a family friendly establishment that will have something for everyone.

We have 21 venues in Scotland, including Cold Town House, Badger & Co, The Spiritualist, McLarens on the Corner, Copper Blossom, The Smokin’ Fox and more.

 

Skills required: teamwork, charm, honesty, creativity, friendly, being a real team player. A bit of banter gets you a long way! You will support the General Manager of the running of the site. You’ll be the benchmark for customer service of McLarens on the Corner, leading by example and training others to give the highest level of great customer experience.

 

You’ll have at least a couple of years’ experience in a management role in a similar environment in order to steer the team here. You will enjoy planning and organising and will always work to the highest professional standards. You will be a natural motivator.

 

Here’s the deets:

 

  • Great annual salary plus tronc & tips (no quibbling, 100% goes to the staff!)
  • 45-hour week, paid monthly
