We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Kyloe, Edinburgh’s favourite Gourmet Steak Restaurant. Kyloe serves the best cuts of meat from pedigree Aberdeen Angus to bring our customers the best possible steak experience. Situated in The Rutland Hotel, Kyloe boasts enviable views of Edinburgh Castle.
As Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager and Head of Department of the running of the site. You’ll be the benchmark for customer service of Kyloe, leading by example and training others to give the highest level of great customer experience.
At Kyloe, our people are centre to what we do. Part of your role will be ensuring your team are happy, developing themselves, reaching their goals and having a great time doing it.
You’ll have at least a couple of years’ experience in a management role in a similar environment in order to steer the team here. You will enjoy planning and organising and will always work to the highest professional standards. You will be a natural motivator.
