Assistant Manager

£22,000 to £24,000 per annum plus tips and benefits

We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Church on The Hill, an ionic venue situated in Glasgow’s Southside. Church on the Hill is where a love of traditional pub grub meets a conscientious approach to provenance and support of local, independent suppliers.

As Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager of the running of the site. You’ll be the benchmark for customer service of Church on The Hill, leading by example and training others to give the highest level of great customer experience.

At Church on The Hill, our people are center to what we do.  Part of your role will be ensuring your team are happy, developing themselves, reaching their goals and having a great time doing it.

You’ll have at least a couple of years’ experience in a management role in a similar environment in order to steer the team here. You will enjoy planning and organising and will always work to the highest professional standards. You will be a natural motivator.
