This month 150 pupils from schools across the Stirling and Clackmannanshire council areas were given the rare opportunity to experience, firsthand, what it is like to work in the world of Scottish hospitality, food and tourism.
From our teams we had Euan Bain from The Meadowpark, Cyndie Follie from Copper Blossom, Cameron Joy from Cold Town House and Lauren Napier from The Training Team helping on the day. It was a huge success and its great to see so many young people interested in a career in Hospitality.
Euan Bain from The Meadowpark Pub & Kitchen stated “[Hospitality] is hugely rewarding. If you are the right type of person who is vivacious and you can chat, communicate and, perhaps most importantly, listen well then its absolutely the type of career you should be considering.”
